  My initial contact with Tony at the MARTIN INSURANCE GROUP was fantastic. The service level was great - and he worked hard to meet our house insurance needs in a thoughtful & helpful manner. He was not there to SELL us insurance - he was there to help us BUY the proper level of insurance that we needed! It was a great difference from what we had been used to! I would not hesitate, therefore to recommend this brokerage to anyone. I enjoyed the personal contact. On the other hand, I do not enjoy - nor do I understand - the way USA Insurance companies can cancel policies without notice or for no real reason. Can NOT do that up here in Canada. Our consumer protection laws are one helluva lot better here than there! I really resent the way Heritage Insurance has treated us "Legal Aliens" - from Canada - this Spring - because of someone's apparent confusion over how to contact us when we were NOT physically present in the USA. You'd think even an amateur could do that these days! No way to do e-business or use email to notify a customer that a policy renewal or a premium is due?? Give me a break! Your fractionated banking system is the same. Deposit a cheque - and then wait 10 days to access the funds! A tad on the bizarre side - according to our standard procedures north of the border. And, very few of your credit cards have chips - and when you get one, half the card readers at stores and gas stations cannot use them.... C'mon America! Catch up.

  Danielle was extremely helpful not only with my homeowners/flood policy but my auto policy as well. I feel she went above and beyond to help me with the transition of switching from a company I had been with for 15 years. She was always available to answer any questions and make the process easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend Martin Insurance Group to anyone!
