- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wasted our time dropping off out pets, waited all day just to find out they did not have the resources for our appointment. If you can't make the appointment they want you to call them as a courtesy, so they won't miss a time slot. As with any business. BUT when they can't make the appointment they will leave you in the dark and you following up results in a waste of a trip and separation anxiety on pets for no reason. If they don't have the resources why not convey that and let us take our pets home?! Because of this we will never use this location again!October 02, 2017by Sayu Brito
