She has a delightful personality and every time I have called Jennifer she has always been extremely responsive. In addition she periodically reviews my coverage in order to see if there are other options that I could add or delete to provide the most attractive rate possible. I have had a few billing inquiries and they have always been answered in an extremely timely fashion. Fortunately I haven't had any claims but I am confident that if the need arises that I can rely on Jennifer to assist me. Jennifer contacted me last year about quoting our auto insurance, so when we added my daughter on as a driver I called her up to revise the quote. I was shocked by how much the current insurance policy was going to increase by adding my 17-year-old daughter, and my agent at that time didn't give me much hope. Jennifer went to work on getting quotes back to me the same day, and I was in her office later that afternoon signing papers. Jennifer and the people of Team Cocco have saved us money and they are diligent in making sure we have the proper limits that will help protect us, without simply running up our insurance costs. Since last week, we have also added a commercial auto policy and our Home Owner's policy with their office.
