  Wasted our time dropping off out pets, waited all day just to find out they did not have the resources for our appointment. If you can't make the appointment they want you to call them as a courtesy, so they won't miss a time slot. As with any business. BUT when they can't make the appointment they will leave you in the dark and you following up results in a waste of a trip and separation anxiety on pets for no reason. If they don't have the resources why not convey that and let us take our pets home?! Because of this we will never use this location again!

  I'm surprised at some of these reviews because I had an amazing experience here. They took care of every problem my dog had and were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I signed up for their program and it's a great deal to keep your pet healthy, so glad I did.
