  I have been a patient of the American Institute of balance for about a year-and-a-half I had terrible vertigo and they took care of me until it was done. They are very welcoming when I need to return for any questions or visits. I would highly recommend them for anyone that has trouble with their hearing vertigo anything to do with the ears. These people are awesome!

  Verify directly with your insurance company that proper approval has been obtained and what you will owe. Otherwise their office staff & manager will lie about the approval, even when you directly ask them. Months later you'll get a bill for a non-discounted amount when insurance refuses pay. The testing wasn't helpful for me either. Them, "Good news! Your balance isn't vestibular - it's central." That's not actually a better thing. No tips on where to go from there for help, just the bill they told me insurance was going to pay. If they had told me honestly up front, I could made a better financial decision.
